Having JUST purchased our home, we were disappointed that our kitchen sink was completely blocked. We took our dishes into the bathroom to wash them in the tub, but the hot water valve broke and would not turn off. We had to turn it off at the water heater for the entire house. We had no water in the kitchen because the drain was so clogged and no hot water in the rest of the house for several days. We had no idea who to call. My brother suggested I call West Plumbing, Inc. The guys came in and absolutely fixed all the issues in an afternoon. I can't remember their names, but they were excellent. They were very professional and helpful and were very careful not to track dirt into our house while they were in and out over the course of their visit. The job cost was reasonable and we have been very satisfied with the work. We will absolutely call them again for any issues we have in the future. Oh, and the office staff were super helpful and courteous.

I called West Plumbing to have a seal replaced on our toilet. The person answering the phone was very cheerful and helpful. She set me up with an appointment for the next day giving me a two hour window as to when the technician would arrive. The next day the technician texted me he was on his way. The text included a picture of the technician which I thought was a good idea. When the technician (Tristan) arrived, he introduced himself as did his helper (Robert). Both were clean and professional in appearance. Before entering our house, they both covered their shoes with booties to ensure that they did not track in anything from outside. Tristan surveyed the job and provided me with a quote to complete the work. I agreed and he and Robert started. First, they laid down plastic sheeting to keep their work area clean. I observed them while they worked, and it was always in a professional manner while being careful of our home. After the work was completed, they cleaned up the area and presented me with the bill at the quoted price. There was never any attempt to sell me any additional services. In the end i was very pleased with the job they did and would gladly recommend West Plumbing and will use them in the future when we have larger jobs.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Booking online was quick and easy and the tech (Tristan) that came out was prompt, punctual, and professional 👌 He fixed the problem within 10 minutes and covered his shoes before entering our home. Great company and highly recommend!

West Plumbing personnel were warm, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and adept in their expertise. They arrived on time, kept me informed of what they were doing and why, and installed everything with minimal disruption of my daily routine. When finished, they cleaned up all debris and left my house (interior and exterior) as they found it. I highly recommend their services.

We used West Plumbing to repair a shower/tub faucet that was leaking. Their response and repair times were exceptional! The quality of their work is top notch! And their customer service as well as their expertise is phenomenal! 5/5 stars. Highly recommend. Would use again!

Great service. My whole house was backed up and we had no where to go (You know what I mean) . The technician was friendly he got right on the job and had us fixed up in no time. He was a great young man. The best part was the bill, it was a lot better then I expected. Great company, if ever I need a plumber again West is who I will call.

Great customer service. Tripp literally two minutes to diagnose my problem with my water heater, and took no time replacing and relocating the replacement from my attic to my garage. I will definitely contact West Plumbing in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Rob was great and the price was extremely reasonable and affordable. He takes pride in his work and takes the time to listen to the customer. He was also on time during our appointment, and that is much appreciated. I would trust West plumbing with any future plumbing needs!
